Summary: A fic where Loki sees the Avengers getting old and he decides to make them immortal by feeding them Idunn's apples.

Fury and Thor are so amusing. They go from annoyed that no one is showing up to their ridiculous little get together to confounded when Ironman goes off their grid while in flight to worried about it to anxious when they realize that their archer is missing too. Then it's back to apprehensive/worried again when they realize that the entire core of their little initiative is missing. Or at least Thor's expressions show that progression. Fury just seems to get angrier as he goes.

Last to be brought in is Spiderman, the most challenging capture due to his spider sense. As he is not currently on the Avengers primary roster, he was not called to their briefing. After ensuring that his wife will be out when he returns home, Loki plants a few surprises around the house. When Parker comes home, only to feel danger there, he naturally goes inside to find her instead of being sensible and observing the situation from a safe distance. Knowing that the gas is there does not prevent him from succumbing to it.

And if his wife gets a

sympathy basket full of apples in response to his disappearance...well that clearly had nothing to do with Loki. Nothing at all.
